BOOK A VISIT FROM STEVE
BOOKING TERMS
1. Should this event have an attendance charge, then the Table / Area who are requesting Steve Eccles’s attendance will cover this charge for both Steve and his driver.
2. Steve welcomes Home hosting or hotel accommodation being provided for Steve Eccles and his driver should it not be possible to return to South East England by midnight of the day/evening of the event. The cost of hotel accommodation will be borne by the Table/Area who are requesting his attendance.
3. Should adverse weather make driving conditions unsafe for return travel after an event, the host Table/Area will make arrangements for home hosting/hotel accommodation. The cost of hotel accommodation will be borne by the Table/Area who are requesting his attendance.
4. Steve will not speak, provide toasts or induct new members after 10pm.
5. Steve will not speak, provide toasts or induct new members after the guest speaker has spoken or the entertainment has started (other than a Master of Ceremonies)
6. Steve will not attend any event where there are strippers, lap dancers or acts that may bring the Association of Round Table Great Britain and Ireland into disrepute. Steve reserves the right to leave an event where acts of this nature are present without fulfilling any obligation to provide a speech, toast, induction or otherwise.
7. Steve reserves the right to refuse to take part in any activity as he sees fit.
8. In the event of sickness, bereavement, family emergency, adverse weather conditions, employment commitments, accident, travel interruptions, injury, travel cancellations or other unanticipated events which make Steve’s attendance at your event impossible, Steve or a member of his PLC will contact you as soon as possible to cancel his attendance. Any costs incurred by the host Table/Area as a result of such cancellations will be borne by the Table/Area requesting Steve to attend the event.
9. Applications will be considered by the Vice Chairman of the Steve Eccles Presidential Liaison Committee and confirmed, in writing, whether his attendance is possible. Any decisions made by the Vice Chairman of the PLC are final and not subject to appeal.
10. Priority will be given to Tables with particular anniversary events.
11. Should a press interview be required, a written Press Briefing will be submitted to Steve no later than 72 hours prior to the event by the Table/Area requesting his attendance.
