This year I have focused on gaining member opinions on the future of Round Table, to create an easy-to-digest, relevant, strategic plan for RTBI. This will help drive your association towards our hundredth year.
We are a membership organisation, run by you. So, we started by asking you questions on key topics via social media. This was followed by workshops with the National Council (representing all regions) and culminated in our largest membership survey in years - where more than 40% of you gave your views.
I am extremely pleased to present the Round Table 3-year plan, which will be used to inform our strategy to grow and improve Round Table. This is built on supporting grassroots Tables to increase membership and improve the membership experience. It will be achieved by giving your Tables the help and support you need to position yourselves in the right way to be relevant in modern society.
